These Terms govern your use of Quick Share for Android (package name com.dong.quickshare) and its supporting file-transfer, account, and Cloud Transfer services. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Jump Dong. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Our Android Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. These Terms do not replace a separate consent request where consent is required by law.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms or the authorization required in your location. If you use the service for an organization, you must be authorized to act for it.
Some features work without a Quick Share account; others may require sign-in. Keep your account and devices secure, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account, subject to applicable law. We may require reasonable verification for account access, subscription restoration, or deletion requests.
2. What the service provides
Quick Share supports direct file transfers between devices and optional cloud-based file sharing. Available features, supported platforms, plan entitlements, file types, storage periods, and limits are described in the app and relevant purchase screens.
Direct transfers depend on compatible devices, network conditions, permissions, firewall settings, and device availability. Cloud Transfer uploads selected files to our service providers and creates a link for downloading them. A successful upload does not guarantee that a recipient has downloaded or safely backed up the file.
We may update the service to improve reliability, address security issues, prevent abuse, or comply with law. Material changes to paid services are subject to applicable consumer rights and any notice required by law. We do not promise permanent availability of a particular feature or unlimited transfer capacity unless expressly stated in your offer.
3. Your files and sharing choices
You retain ownership of your files. You grant us and our service providers only the rights necessary to store, transmit, deliver, and technically process the content you submit, operate the service, investigate reported abuse, and comply with legal obligations. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your content to us.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to transfer or upload content, including permission to handle personal information belonging to others. Check the recipient, files, embedded metadata, sharing link, and access settings before sending.
Anyone with an active sharing link and any required access code may be able to download the content. Recipients can keep or redistribute downloaded copies outside our control. Deleting an upload or account cannot recall those copies. Access-code protection is not a representation that Cloud Transfer is end-to-end encrypted.
4. Temporary storage and backups
Cloud Transfer is a temporary delivery service, not permanent storage or a backup service. Sharing access expires according to the selected period and applicable service rules. Files can also become unavailable because you delete them, account deletion completes, a justified abuse restriction applies, or a technical failure occurs.
Cloud files are automatically deleted after the selected retention period expires. See the Android Privacy Policy for retention and deletion details. Keep your own copies of important files, and do not rely on a sharing link as the only copy.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to:
Upload or distribute content you have no right to share, or unlawfully disclose another person's private information.
Distribute malware, conduct phishing or fraud, exploit children, or share unlawful, abusive, or threatening content.
Bypass access controls, impersonate another person, access another user's files without authorization, or interfere with the service or other devices.
Evade quotas, subscription requirements, security checks, or abuse-prevention measures, or use automated activity that disrupts the service.
To report an abusive or infringing cloud link, use an available reporting control or email support@quick-share.app. Include the relevant link and enough information to understand the report. Do not attach illegal content. We may restrict access, remove content, investigate reports, and cooperate with lawful requests. We do not undertake to review every file before it is shared.
6. Advertising and third-party services
Some features may display advertising. Any ad-free entitlement applies as described in the specific offer. An advertisement is not our endorsement of the advertiser or its product.
Google Sign-In, Google Play, advertising, and other third-party services have their own applicable terms and privacy policies. We are responsible for our own service, but do not control third-party products, recipient devices, network providers, or external websites. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
7. Paid features and subscriptions
The purchase screen identifies the price, currency, billing period, included features, and any trial or introductory conditions. Review those details before confirming a purchase. Google Play processes Android purchases made through its billing system, and its payment terms also apply.
Renewal. If an offer is an automatically renewing subscription, Google Play charges according to the renewal terms shown at checkout unless you cancel through Google Play. A trial or introductory offer converts to the disclosed paid arrangement unless canceled as required by that offer.
Cancellation. Manage subscriptions in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or through Google Play's subscription-management page. Uninstalling Quick Share, signing out, stopping use, or deleting your Quick Share account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancellation and access through the remainder of a billing period are governed by the applicable offer, Google Play rules, and law.
Refunds. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund. Refund requests are handled under applicable Google Play policies and your statutory rights. You can request assistance through Google Play or contact us with the order reference. We do not exclude refunds or remedies required by law.
Verification and restoration. We may verify purchase tokens and subscription status to provide paid entitlements. Use the Google Play account associated with your purchase and any required Quick Share account when restoring access. Contact support if a valid purchase is not recognized; do not repurchase solely to resolve a technical problem.
Prices or subscription arrangements may change only subject to applicable notice, store requirements, and your legal rights. The details of your accepted offer govern your purchase until any valid change takes effect.
8. Permissions and installed packages
You control the Android permissions and system approvals available on your device. Denying or revoking a permission may prevent the related feature from working.
Receiving or sharing an APK does not establish that it is safe or that you are licensed to distribute or install it. Install packages only from sources you trust, review Android's installation warnings, and respect software licenses. The ability to transfer an application package does not grant rights in that application.
9. Suspension, termination, and account deletion
You may stop using the service at any time. You can request account deletion through the app's account-management screen or by emailing support@quick-share.app. We may verify ownership. Deletion affects associated account data and cloud uploads as described in the Privacy Policy; it does not remove files already saved on your or a recipient's device.
We may restrict a transfer, remove a cloud file, or suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach of these Terms, security threats, fraud, unlawful activity, or a legal requirement. Where practicable and legally permitted, we will explain a restriction and provide an opportunity to contact support. Immediate action may be necessary to protect users or the service. Restrictions on paid services remain subject to applicable consumer rights.
10. Reliability and responsibility
We aim to provide a useful and reliable service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular transfer speed, compatibility with every device, or the absence of errors. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without additional warranties beyond those expressly provided or legally required.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. This does not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer remedies, fraud, intentional misconduct, or other protected claims. Nothing in these Terms makes you waive mandatory rights or bear responsibility for losses caused by us where the law provides otherwise.
11. App software and open-source components
App software and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may use the app for its intended purposes, subject to these Terms and any applicable software license. Open-source components remain governed by their respective licenses. These Terms do not restrict rights those licenses grant you; consult the app's license notices and relevant source distributions.
12. Changes, disputes, and contact
We may update these Terms. The published version will display its effective or last-updated date. Material changes will receive notice where required, and changes will not remove rights already accrued under applicable law. If you do not agree with an updated version, you may stop using the service and manage any subscription through Google Play.
Please contact us first if you have a dispute so we can try to resolve it. Nothing in these Terms imposes mandatory arbitration, waives a right to collective proceedings, or removes any right to bring a claim in a court available to you under applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain applicable.
If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
