Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the Quick Share file transfer service website (the "Service") operated by Quick Share ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of our file sharing Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our file transfer Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

File Sharing Guidelines

Our Service allows users to share files temporarily. You agree to use our file sharing service responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited Content

You are strictly prohibited from using our Service to share or distribute:

  • Illegal content, including copyrighted materials without proper authorization
  • Malware, viruses, or other harmful software
  • Content that violates privacy rights of third parties
  • Spam, phishing, or fraudulent content
  • Adult content involving minors
  • Content that promotes violence, hate, or discrimination

File Storage and Duration

Files shared through our Service are stored temporarily and will be automatically deleted:

  • After 7 days from upload date, or
  • After reaching the download limit (whichever comes first)

We do not guarantee permanent storage of any files. Once deleted, files cannot be recovered. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important files.

File Size and Usage Limits

There may be limitations on file size and the number of files you can share within a given time period. These limits are in place to ensure fair usage and optimal service performance for all users.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

Intellectual Property

The file sharing Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Quick Share and its licensors. The file transfer Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Quick Share.

User Content and Responsibility

You retain ownership of any files you upload to our Service. However, by using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and distribute your files solely for the purpose of providing the file sharing functionality. You are solely responsible for the content of files you share.

Quick Share does not claim ownership of any user content and does not monitor the content of files except as necessary to provide the service or comply with legal obligations.

Disclaimer of Warranty

Our Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of our file sharing service.

Limitation of Liability

Quick Share shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the file sharing service.

Links To Other Web Sites

Our file sharing Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Quick Share. Quick Share has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.

Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our Service at any time without prior notice. We may also terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
