Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Quick Share file transfer service (the "Service") operated by Quick Share ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service.

File Sharing Guidelines

Our Service allows you to share files temporarily. You agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.

Prohibited Content

You are strictly prohibited from sharing or distributing:

  • -Illegal content, including copyrighted materials without authorization
  • -Malware, viruses, or other harmful software
  • -Content that violates the privacy rights of others
  • -Spam, phishing, or fraudulent content
  • -Content that promotes violence, hate, or discrimination
  • -Any content that violates applicable laws or regulations

File Storage and Duration

Cloud Transfer

Files uploaded through Cloud Transfer are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after 7 days or once the download limit is reached, whichever comes first. Once deleted, files cannot be recovered. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

LAN Transfer

Files shared via LAN Transfer go directly between your devices. They are never stored on our servers. Both devices must be on the same local network.

File Size and Usage Limits

There may be limitations on file size and transfer frequency. These limits exist to ensure fair usage and stable performance for all users.

Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so may result in termination of your account.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Quick Share and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Your Content and Responsibility

You retain ownership of any files you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and distribute your files solely for the purpose of providing the transfer functionality.

Quick Share does not claim ownership of your content and does not monitor files except as necessary to provide the Service or comply with legal obligations. You are solely responsible for the content you share.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service.

Limitation of Liability

Quick Share shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We may also terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change is determined at our sole discretion.
